Mathi oversees several operational areas of the college, including finance, audit, payroll, human resources, and facilities management. A former newcomer student, alumnae, and instructor of Computek, she has over 10 years of experience working in the career college sector as well as in accounting roles in South Asia and Africa. Mathi holds diplomas in Accounting and Business Administration and is a Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK) qualified accountant.
